RECENT WORK
Scope Ophthalmics is a global pharma company that specialises in eye care.

After identifying innovation as a strategic priority for 2024, Future State worked with Scope to organically embed innovation within it's culture.
The project began with a quantitive study to understand the lived experience of innovation at Scope.
This research identified the need for a shared language of innovation and a toolkit for applying an innovation-led mindset to day-to-day practices.

Both elements were co-created with a cross section of people from across the organisation.
The project culminated in the development of an interactive innovation workshop, delivered to 180 people from across three continents at Scope's annual all teams day in Marbella, Spain.

We worked with team at Wildflower Studio on a culture and communications project that included developing leadership capabilities, internal comms strategy, brand vision and values.

The project culminated with an all-teams day where the artist's worked together to co-create a playbook for collaboration at the studio.

We continue to work with Wildflower providing ongoing coaching to the leadership team.
